The Problem
One of our client’s buildings suffered from chronic tenant comfort problems that were primarily the result of antiquated HVAC and control systems.

The Solution
Through MESA, Transcend Equity replaced and reconfigured the aging HVAC equipment and installed state-of-the-art building automation systems to maximize tenant comfort. The entire renovation took place while the building was occupied, and was completed after hours to minimize tenant disruption.

The Impact
Transcend Equity’s improvements have nearly eliminated tenant comfort complaints, reducing them by more than 95%. Periodic tenant surveys have objectively demonstrated a significant and sustained improvement in tenant satisfaction as a result of this renovation.
