If mutual interest exists after our Discovery Meeting, we will request and analyze certain data and information about your portfolio to determine which buildings are candidates for MESA.

Assuming further mutual interest, we will prepare a Project Development Agreement (PDA) that will enable us to design and execute a MESA agreement. The PDA will also define the deliverables we will produce for the MESA and document the entire MESA process for review by your legal and accounting teams.
